Conditions for use of CMC Biologics’ (CMC’s) job database:
Personal information in this job database will be treated as confidential and will be used only for the purposes described in this document. CMC is under an obligation to observe Danish and EU legislation on protection of personal data.
The purpose of the data collection:
The purpose of the collection of personal data in the job database is to evaluate and contact interested and qualified candidates for present or future positions available in CMC.
You can register your CV as an application for a position available on our website – or you can register your CV without a specific position in mind. Your application will be saved in the job database. Even if you are not considered for the position you applied for, we will save your data for potential use for later available positions unless you ask us not to.
Note! The database is created in cooperation with StepStone. However, there is NO link to StepStone’s CV database on www.stepstone.dk. There is no exchange of data between the two databases and CMC’s database will not be published on StepStone’s website.
Statistics:
Data in this database may be used for anonymous statistics. The information will be used collectively and no individual users of the database can be identified based on the information used.
Who will manage your data?
CMC is the data manager.
The database is hosted by StepStone A/S
Editing, updating or erasing your data:
At any point in time you can review your data saved in the database. You can edit, update or erase your data at all times. If you have not updated or edited your data for six months your data will be erased from the database.
